Anar ka Raita
Mouthwatering Anar ka Raita tastes so refreshing and is very easy to prepare. To prepare this we will use Curd and Anar and freshly roasted cumin seeds. This Raita goes great with any Indian Curry dish and sabji
1 cup curd
1/2 cup fresh Anar/pomogranets
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1-2 chopped green chilies.
some chopped mint leafs
salt to taste
- Heat a frying pan and roast cumin seeds till spluttered and gets light brown in color, then place them on the paper towel and crush roasted cumin seeds using rolling pin and put it aside for later use. freshly roasted and crushed cumin gives unique flavor to Raita dishes.
- Take a big bowl beat curd now add salt to taste and also above crushed cumin seeds now mix well then add Anar mix well and on the top add some chopped mint leafs.
Mouthwatering Crunchi Anar Raita is ready to serve with Pulao or any Indian curry along with Rice naan or Paratha.
